Signed Book Plate

This book plate is for anyone who purchased a book in the past and would like the book signed or for those who recently bought a book but forgot to ask for it to be signed. The book plate is a sticker that will fit on any page with blank space. It is approximately 4”x6”.  If you would like it personalized, please list who it should be personalized to in the space provided. If personalization is not included, I will sign the book plate without a message.
